I originally worked with NZ Van lines in NZ who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with paperwork for customs and planning. Their packers were great and in 2 days all gone. I was then contacted by [Name removed by Sirelo] at Solaris who communicated
with me every step of the way regarding delivery address and timing. I couldn’t confirm an address until the last minute but she was very accomodating and pulled put all the stops to meet my time frame ( the boat was due 3rd Sept but did not arrive until the 11th September and I was completing on the 14th.) Somehow [Name removed by Sirelo] and the team got delivery to site Friday 15th which was absolutely perfect for me! [Name removed by Sirelo] rang me the day before to confirm delivery for the next day and [Name removed by Sirelo] rang me on the Friday to say he was on his way and he and [Name removed by Sirelo] worked tirelessly all day until everything unpacked.
I was thrilled with the service from start to finish and the level of communication from your company.
I have no hesitation in recommending Nz Van Lines and Solaris to any future customers.
