Would give zero stars if I could. They packed, stored and moved us to Brisbane. Damaged Furniture, which we were told had not be packed and wrapped correctly, and several missing boxes. Had to chase every step of the way for any feedback - basically they are not interested and nothing is their responsibility - DO NOT USE

Terrible experience.
The packing team was great.
After taking the furniture the contacted us saying we need to pay another $4k before they’ll despatched overseas our furniture which they now held. We already paid what was quoted !! Paid $14k ie $7k + $7k for two parts with different destinations.
We needed the furniture to be sent without delay so begrudgingly paid. Later tried to get money back and got a couple of hundred refunded as they admitted they were wrong. We didn’t fight it more as life is short and this is a difficult process already.
I’m short don’t trust their quotes and be prepared to pay lots. Other than that they are great lol.

Pick up in Auckland was great, friendly and efficient.
After that was disgusting. Never had any heads up about how long my belongings would take to get arrive in Darwin. After a month my stuff as still sat in Auckland. Didn’t arrive in Darwin for 3 and a half months by which time I had moved to Katherine.
I was then told they would not cover the cost to move my stuff onto Katherine (3 hours drive).

I know I am due for a refund because I paid for 8 carton boxes but I only used 5. When I signed the contract, the move manager told me if inventory changed then I would get a refund. but after I moved to Australia, when I tried to talk to move manager, she seemed to disappeared . Zero reply or contact even though I have tried numerous times and also write to their management. Very poor communication.
