Using Transworld initially was pretty good, however when our coffee machine was damaged I can only say dealing with the 'Managing Director' was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Never use this company to move any items EVER! Certainly do not be fooled by the insurance cover they ask you to take out to cover any 'broken items'; it's not worth the poor paper it's written on! In short, avoid this company like COVID19!
De los 40 paquetes que envié, me han llegado a destino 39 y 1 se ha perdido y nadie se hace responsable. He contactado con la empresa de mudanzas pero me han dicho que al no contratar seguro corres el riesgo de perder un paquete y no poder recuperarlo. Me parece increíble que además de pagar por el servicio de entrega, tengamos que contratar un servicio extra para asegurar que llegan los paquetes, ¿y si no hubiesen llegado los 40 paquetes? esto es de risa. Es pagar dos veces, es un engaño. Por otro lado, el plazo no se cumple, el envío lo recibimos unos dos meses más tarde.

My name is David Whetu, from the moment my (2) containers were organised with Transworld to ship from Australia to New Zealand I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service assistance I received from [name removed by Sirelo]. Whenever I sought clarification or assistance regarding customs, or any matter relating to the export and transport of my container he was prompt with response and was completely obliging in my enquires.
I requested the email of his direct report and this is the reason, more often that not, people who go above and beyond the roles and responsibilities of their daily duties never get to the people whom they report to, so this is for you.
As a retired National Warehouse Logistics Manager, the excellent customer service of [name removed by Sirelo] and the driver who delivered my container is reason for me to have no hesitation in recommending your company to many of my contacts.
Very quick packing and helpful,the same at the other end very helpful. They kept me advised on progress
Criminal lack of care. £25,000 damages. Woeful packing. Heartbreaking. Utterly heartbreaking. Their business statement is a lie. They have decimated my goods. Broken our hearts. Admitted fault but no compensation. [name removed by Sirelo] is a man with zero integrity. Weak and useless.
Poor customer service. Movers broke an expensive wooden sculpture in half and then refused to admit liability and pay the repair cost. Would not use them again.
Great response, movers were on time, friendly and very thorough.
This company promised so much and delivered a disaster including $5000 damage to classic car $3500 bed destroyed and a myriad of other things damaged

I can only comment on the removal which was really good. Guy's were great and nothing was too much trouble.

Thus company was so good to deal with. The packing from NZ to Australia was done in a most professional manner, the guys couldn't have been more helpful. On receipt of the goods in Australia the movers were once again extremely abliging, furniture arrived in great condition and moved into the house without any problems
Transworld were responsive to emails, nothing was a hassle when making changes, friendly, helpful, made the process go smoothly

Brilliant service at pickup. The team were appreciative of all of my work in labeling everything for them
Only 1 thing wrong.The 3 very efficient & exceptionally tidy young men didnt introduce themselves when they came.I did the introducing to 1 & he applogized & told me the other twos names.
Very prompt and great communication. Quoted 4-6weeks minimum but we received our furniture in 3.5 weeks
Dealt with Morgana she was informed helpful and friendly as well as patient.
It went according to plan - expectations were met
Instructions weren't followed and when I asked why I was told that my husband had instructed otherwise, which he says he didn't. These were points that I had discussed with the agent upfront and with my husband but it seems like the movers just came in without any brief and proceeded to do their own thing. It's left me on the backfoot and I'm still finding things that weren't packed that should've been and vice versa.
Easy to deal with although a lot of forms.
Had a few delays and services wasn't great in Australia
The move was made really easy, the house was packed by a great bunch of guys who worked hard. The goods arrived within the specified timeframe and the whole house was delivered and unpacked with no damage.

Dear LOJ, we have looked through our records and note the only shipment we delivered to Spain with 40 packages was delivered on 19th in September 2019.
