The were 2.5 hours late for pick up at a timed dock when I had organised a early timeslot to prevent unexpected delays with other bookings on the day. Sales staff had not communicated with their pick up people. The dock in the building had routinely turned away other contractors even when space was booked and available but the contractor was 15 minutes late. They did not ring me to say they were late as the driver supervisor didn't know they were late and sent the truck on another job before mine. It placed the whole move pick up date in jeopardy. Cleaners had to be delayed and this caused me further inconvenience as I did not live at the premise and had to stay till everyone was out.
The admin staff handling my paperwork had a routine reminder system that was a back covering exercise. We would agree that paperwork would be supplied after and event but I still got emails reminding me that paperwork was outstanding despite the date not elapsing. I felt that the person had no con
nection to my file and just wanted to tick boxes at her end so she could fob off customer complaints. The procedure made me feel like they must a high complaint rate and this undermined my confidence in them.Read more
