The admin staff handling my paperwork had a routine reminder system that was a back covering exercise. We would agree that paperwork would be supplied after and event but I still got emails reminding me that paperwork was outstanding despite the date not elapsing. I felt that the person had no connection to my file and just wanted to tick boxes at her end so she could fob off customer complaints. The procedure made me feel like they must a high complaint rate and this undermined my confidence in them.Read more
