Fully recommended and stress-free.
Huge credit goes to [Name removed by Sirelo] (regional manager) and his team. They are highly recommended for their professionalism, trustworthy and taking precautions when handling our household items from Dunedin to Christchurch.
Extra cartons and bubble wrap was kindly provided for extra protection.
We were also happy with the staff involved with the delivery into the home in Christchurch.
Everything arrived in an excellent condition.
Much appreciated and a huge thank you to [Name removed by Sirelo] who conducted the entire transfer.

On receiving our contents we received two invoices. Both were penalty charges for information we did not have or had already supplied, we asked for an itemised invoices which we did not receive. Communication was poor. They receive most of their payment up front so it seems after that they aren't interested in their clients. One star is two out of 10 I don't rate them.

Broken promises on when container would be shipped out. Unable to track container shipping progress. Container arrived 5 weeks after date of estimate. Significant damage to lounge suite , desk , dishes.
I then tried to claim insurance from a total of 14,000 value insured but due to not recording the lounge suite i could not claim full amount (i.e. insurance company found every excuse to exclude coverage). I wouldn't go back to this company - the 'competitive price' was actually poor quality = low price

We corresponded with a gentleman named [name removed by Sirelo], who was extremely helpful, came to our house and gave us real practical advise about moving our belongings. In the months following every question or queries we had he kindly followed them all up. His service was outstanding. When it came to uplift our furniture etc. from the 2 man packing our belongings, were just amazing, how they treated everything with care. Hence the rating
